Ed Ford Jr. is the owner and operator of Thunder King Kennels in Lenoir City, TN and is the acting President of the NSTRA Dixie Region. Ed's "bird dog" experience began when he started hunting wild bird hunting pointing dogs over 20 years ago. Since then, Ed has hunted and actively competed in the NSTRA and has trained and campaigned many champion dogs. He currently breeds, trains, and trials all pointing dog breeds. Whether you love Brittany's, English Pointers, English Setters, or German Shorthair's, you can guarantee that Ed loves them too. Thunder King Kennels offers many training services for the hunter and trialing competitor as well.
